Location : Pusa Road, Karol Bagh

Agency  : Delhi Improvement Trust

The residence at 35 Pusa road lies at a typical Tripartite Facade corner plot, that places importance to its angled vertical tower as well as its streamlined profile through features like eyebrows and speedlines. Alike many bungalows on Pusa Road, the residence showcases its form adopting curving corners and bulging towers, with intricate jaali details over the central vertical tower. Interestingly, pot holders can also be seen along the window wraps. Similar to the form of the residence, articulated details and geometric patterns are also observed along the boundary wall and entrance gate, making the bungalow a spectacular example.
