Location : Karol Bagh

This residence at 10 Pusa road, belonging to the Bhatia family, is fundamentally a Streamline bungalow, boasting a protruding circular tower at the corner, with continuous eyebrows wrapping around it. Cement grills with relief work and porthole windows, specially ventilators, as seen across in many examples globally adorn the façade further. The neighborhood was planned and construction guidelines set by the Delhi Improvement Trust who carved large bungalow plots along the road, often taken by big business families or other influential people of the society.
